Return and Exchange Policy

1. Return Notification Period

You have the right to notify us of your intention to return the product within 14 days of receiving your order. To do this, please fill out the return form below.

2. Condition of the Product

Only items that have not been used, are undamaged, and are in their original, intact packaging are eligible for return.

3. Return Shipping Costs

•Standard Return: If you change your mind about the product for no specific reason (under the right of withdrawal), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs (maximum amount €10).

•Return due to Defect or Our Error: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or if you received the wrong item (e.g., you received a different candle than ordered), all return shipping costs will be covered by the online store.

4. Refund Processing Time

SIA Oshun Candles will refund your payment to your account within 10 calendar days of receiving the returned product at our warehouse.

5. Non-Returnable Products

According to trade regulations, goods that have lost their marketable appearance and original packaging integrity cannot be returned. In the case of candles, this includes:

•Candles showing signs of use (e.g., burn marks, wax drips).

•Candles not in their original factory packaging or where the packaging has been opened and damaged.

•Scented candles whose integrity and fragrance cannot be verified once the packaging is opened.

6. Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, we will replace it or provide a full refund. Possible defects for candles include:

•Significant Flaws: Deep cracks in the candle’s surface, chips, or a broken wick.

•Manufacturing Defects: A wick that is off-center, making burning unsafe or uneven.

•Fragrance Issues: A complete lack of the advertised scent in a scented candle.

•Non-conforming Item: You received a candle of a different shape, or size than what was ordered.

In your email, please describe the reason for your inquiry in as much detail as possible and be sure to include your order number and your contact information. We will contact you within 3 business days.
